Building your new home “From Dream to Move in” For a Straight Fee
- Aiding in overall design of your home including having meetings with you and the chosen designer
- Preparing budgets from agreed upon specifications from Raleigh based subcontractors for your review
- Working with you and Raleigh lender of your choice to obtain the best financing possible
- Managing oversight of your home construction including meeting with you and subcontractors on site
- Approving all invoices vs. budgets, issuing to you for payment from the obtained loan
- Making sure the home is finalized for move-in.
Overseeing Your Builder
If you have already chosen a builder in the Raleigh Area, we will work alongside you both to review periodically to make sure you are getting what your contract and specifications dictate. We can also work with you to make the home more fiited to your needs by finding areas that may be wasted space by giving ideas as to creative use of such space.
